All construction activities and technical responsibilities remain with the professionals formally appointed for the project, in accordance with local regulations. Our role is purely advisory. We neither manage nor coordinate renovation work, but we guide you through the most delicate choices of the process: we connect you with qualified professionals, gather and compare quotes, and help you understand the differences, costs, and timelines.
Our support is designed to help you make decisions with greater awareness and control, leaving the operational management and execution of the work to the appointed professionals.
Do you work only with your own professionals?
Depending on your preferences and the structure of the project, we can introduce you to our trusted network of qualified professionals or work alongside architects, engineers, or contractors you have already selected.
In both cases, we operate within clearly defined roles, ensuring continuity without replacing the responsibilities of the appointed professionals.
What happens if the renovation takes longer than expected?

Yes. Renovation Oversight can be activated as an independent service, as long as the proper technical documentation is in place.
